Do you ship to my country?

Orders purchased from this site ship to the US ONLY at this time.

How are US orders processed and shipped?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process an order for shipment. The order will be shipped from our warehouse, between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays. 

All online purchases are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, all purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not secured by UPS.

FREE UPS Ground and Standard (7-10 days, domestic only)
UPS 3-day Select delivery (3-4 days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (2 days)

Buy online, pick up in-store (during limited periods only)


It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the delivery confirmation document upon delivery. Any damage to the packaging or product, or any discrepancy in the numbers of boxes delivered, should be immediately brought to the attention of UPS or customer service by indicating in writing on the UPS delivery documentation.

What is the returns policy?

Merchandise purchased from the site can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the date received. The returned package must be shipped out and in transit within the 10 days to be eligible for return.

All merchandise should be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached. BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE merchandise will be shipped with a blue security tag attached to it’s exterior to prevent wear.

If any terms stated above are not met, the items will be shipped directly back to the customer.

Please package all returns carefully, using it’s original packaging if possible, to ensure safe transport. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit.

Returns cannot be done directly with a retail store.  Once the returned merchandise is received at ISSEY MIYAKE U.S.A. CORP. and the appropriate condition of the merchandise has been verified as above, we will refund your order value. Please note that a $20 restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise totaling $200 or more. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

When placing your order, the name and billing address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Orders can ship to a different address, but the billing information must be entered correctly for the transaction to be approved. Non-US credit cards are accepted for payment, but please be sure to enter that billing address correctly.

All shipping addresses must be within the United States. 

We do not accept in-store credits and gift certificates.

Please note the transaction will be charged to the customer’s credit card only after we have verified the card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and the order is ready to be shipped.

How can I be sure my ISSEY MIYAKE product is authentic?

ISSEY MIYAKE U.S.A. CORP. guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the us-store.isseymiyake.com website.


We do not authenticate products that are not purchased through our official website or retail stores.

Is there a product warranty or repairs service?

Every BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE product comes with a unique warranty tag, proving its authenticity and guaranteeing a 1 year warranty on the item. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. (This does not include coverage for accidental damage or misuse of the product.) In the event of any future claim, please contact customer service for further instructions.

When possible, the bag will be repaired and sent back to the customer. Please note that we cannot guarantee all claims are suitable for repair service. The customer is responsible for repair and shipping charges when outside of the warranty period. We will confirm the repair cost and lead time upon receiving your request.

Please note that any other items purchased from our site do not include a warranty unless otherwise stated.
