RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise purchased from the site can be returned for a full refund within 10 days from the date received. The returned package must be shipped out and in transit within the 10 days.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines: 

  • Products should be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags, dust bags, and secure packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
  • Hosiery should only be returned if it is unopened and is in its original package.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.
  • Personalized or customized items are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
  • ISSEY MIYAKE PARFUMS merchandise should be unopened and unused, with the original box and clear protective film sealed and undamaged.

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), the returned merchandise will be rejected and a refund will not be issued. The merchandise will then be returned to you free of charge.

You are responsible for paying 50% of the return shipping costs. This is automatically calculated based on the original shipping address and will be automatically subtracted from your total refund. Regardless of the shipping address, the return cost will NOT exceed $20.

We do not collect any restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as original payment.

THE RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL.You must provide your order number and shipping address zip code or email address.

Items within the 10 day return window will be eligible to be returned. We kindly ask you to provide feedback on the reason for your return with a few questions.

After completing all steps, a return UPS shipping label will be provided to you in a new browser window. The UPS shipping label will also be emailed to the address used to place the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange UPS drop-off or pick-up services for the return shipment. The return package must be in-transit within 10 days after it is originally received.

To ensure the safety of the merchandise during shipment, please use the original shipping boxes and packaging.

If your return meets all guidelines upon receipt, we will process your return and a refund will be issued in the original payment form. Please note you are responsible for 50% of the return shipping costs which will be automatically subtracted from your total refund. This fee will never exceed $20 regardless of the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for return. All international orders are FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

All merchandise listed as final sale is not returnable under any circumstance. This includes all ISSEY MIYAKE WATCH purchases.
